A one-time visit to the facility includes a visual inspection of the building for compliance with GMP/GHP requirements:

Building integrity
Desobarrier integrity
Checking surfactants
Pest control
Cross-contamination
Personal hygiene
Hygienic work practices
Warehouse procedures
Documentation
During the monitoring process, inconsistencies are identified. After the completion of the monitoring, a report is sent to the facility, detailing the inconsistencies and providing recommendations for correction within a reasonable time frame before the final visit of our consultant.

We will communicate with the person responsible for technological processes at the facility and develop all necessary documents for the HACCP system, sending them via e-mail once a week.

The final visit to the facility will verify that the inconsistencies have been addressed and ensure the effective operation of the HACCP system.
