Our Values

- Education First: We believe knowledge is the foundation of food safety. Our trainings ensure businesses understand HACCP principles and proper hygiene practices.
- Customer Protection: Every action we take prioritizes the safety of the end consumer.
- Transparency: We protect businesses from misinformation. One of the most common misconceptions is that a HACCP certificate is mandatory.
HACCP Certification – What You Should Know

Many businesses in Georgia are confused about HACCP certificates. According to Georgian law 173, there is no requirement to have a HACCP certificate. Why? Because a standalone HACCP certificate does not exist. If you want official certification, you should implement ISO 22000, which includes HACCP as part of its system.
When is ISO 22000 necessary?
For food manufacturers exporting products abroad
When clients abroad require ISO 22000 certification
In Georgia, restaurants, fast foods, and other food businesses do not need a HACCP certificate. Certificates can only be issued after proper training, which is also a government requirement: all staff members managing food safety must be competent and trained.
Top 5 Mistakes When Choosing a Consulting Company

- High Prices ≠ High Quality – Expensive consulting does not always guarantee better results.
- Long Trainings ≠ Necessity – Month-long trainings are not always required; content should be practical and relevant.
- Certificate Costs – Do not pay extra for certificates; focus on proper implementation and staff competence.
- Check Accreditation – All companies can give you training certificates, but only approved international companies can provide official system certification.
- Overlooking Business Needs – Choose a consultancy that understands your business type and scale.
